There are dirty dishes in the sink. There are dirty dishes/food particles/clean socks all over upstairs that need to be gathered, vacuumed, folded, etc. I have to make an invitation for our ward bbq (which HAS to be done this Sunday, by the way)... so what am I doing? Nothing! Bwahahahaha!
Okay, that's kind of a lie. I cleaned the toilet while Taylor was in the bath... does that count? And I'm sure I'll get to feeling guilty enough to do the dishes and clean up before I go to bed. I knew I HAD to get this invite done, so to motivate myself to sit down at the computer, I am giving myself a foot soak while I work.
I have a big red bowl full of steaming water (well... it is cold now) under the computer desk, with foot salts, a foot mask (Did you know they made those for your feet?), foot creme, and an exfoliating bar. I know... it all sounds so exciting you can't stand it!!! But you have to do what you have to do to motivate yourself :)
By this point I have pretty much convinced myself that I am not going to do my chores before bed, I am going to make myself a bowl of popcorn, snuggle under the covers, and READ!
And Adam wonders what I do when he goes on campouts :)

Taylor Brag Post
This is my brag blog about my girl. She is so beautiful and we love her so much.
How could you not love this sweetheart?!
Mom's kitchen "helper".
Helping dad outside with yard work...
...and playing with her ball.
Sitting in her favorite camp chair with her favorite friend Ellie.
Oops... Easter Sunday!
I thought about making Taylor's Easter dress, but with us leaving for Brazil and the crazyness getting there and back, we decided to bring Taylor's Easter dress from Brazil this year. Marcello's mom went with us to shop and I think we made a good choice!

Daddy and his girl :)
Mom and Taylor. She makes me laugh :)
Attempting to brave the stairs while standing up...
And then she changed her mind :)
And then we went camping...
We tried to go camping during Memorial Day weekend. It rained... and snowed. It was cold. But we had fun anyway. Then we went the next weekend with much better results. :) Here's some pictures from our first camping adventure of the year.
Dad making lunch.
Yes... this is how it looked when we went camping. It was cold!
Well deserved fire.
Our ghetto camper. We love it :)
Yes, that is her winter coat.
Please note the mud all the way to her ankles. It was a nightmare.
Finally! Dinner is in sight! With the prospect of food, this is a happy girl.
And SO CUTE!
Eating lunch. Before we headed home.
Can you tell she loves chips? Does that make us bad parents? :)
The Easter Party at Grandma's--April 16th
After Grandma's surprise party, we did the Easter candy hunt in her backyard! It was Taylor's first year to find the candy on her own and she had a ball. Grandma always plans such cute activities for the kids.
We love her.
As you can see, Taylor is already excited when she sees the candy in the grass!
Then she dyed Easter eggs with Grandma and her cousins :)
Mom Bench's Surprise Party--April 16th
Adam's mom Sherine's birthday is April 16th. This year she turned 60 and she wanted to have a big to do but her family wasn't cooperating... or so she thought! We had planned a surprise party for her and she had friends that came from all over... even California! Nene made the Trinity, Tea (her daughters) and Taylor matching skirts for the party. We had a great time!
